- Treatment hours: Our health oasis is available for appointments daily from 2 pm to 8 pm.
- Advance booking: Please book at least 5 days in advance so we can guarantee your preferred appointment.
- Arrival: Please arrive at spa reception at least 5 minutes before your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened out of consideration for the following guests.
- Cancellation policy: If you cannot attend a treatment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. Same-day cancellations will be charged.
